What is the cheapest way to pick up one of these notes? Ive found some online as cheap as $50, but Id like some input before I consider any purchase.

All depends what you want. Condition, rarity?
Some places are better than others. ebay has some "collector" budget pieces.

Im looking at the design, rarity doesn't factor in. As for condition, I dont mind how it comes - ripped, mangled, doesn't matter so long as the design is clearly legible. I looked at ebay and it doesn't appear to be as cheap as the $50 option?
