It's a "D" due to the point on the upper portion of the "mark"...unless it's PMD.

I don't think it is worth the fees for slabbing.

Looks like a D to me. The left hand top looks pointed it would be rounded were it an S.

I think 1912-D G details polished. Definitely don't slab it, only worth a buck or two in that condition. 1912-D V nickels are more common.

Ouch ... highly polished coin based on those scans.

1912-D ... and certainly not worth the cost of certification if those scans are indicative of the true surface condition.
