Hi!

I'm new to tokens and working with "Canadian Colonial Tokens - 8th Edition". I believe this is a PE10-30 but not sure. The first "S" of "Ships" is double-cut, but not sure about the last "E" in "Commerce" being double-cut (wear). Also, I believe the reverse in this coin is the side with the writing, which is a toothed border. To help attribute this token, I need to know if it the reverse or not? Also, it looks like a single "H" mintmark (worn). Weight is 4.9 grams.

Any help would be great and even better with a grade!
