Saw this 1969-S Jefferson nickel with the S mark that caught my eye. It doesn't look like the one in my dansco album I picked out a while back and when I looked on NGC and PCGS pictures, it looks different.

Small S looking

Normal S looking

Anyone know what's going on?

I know they polish the die to reuse it, but the s is completely out of place.... I wonder if they had to redo the mint mark...
