I've had a terrible time trying to ID this coin over the last year.

I figured the shield and M monogram would have been easier, but I guess I was wrong.

Any help in finding out what this is would be greatly appreciated.

It looks familiar but I can't place it.

Clearer photos and transcription of the available legend would help.

I've been trying to get better pics, but, its tough with a junk cell phone and a loop.

I'm having trouble making out the legend too.

Shield Side:
Bottom: dot 16
Legend: First Letter N(fancy) Directly above shield is an A then S(Maybe) then C(Maybe) then unknown rest.

Monogram M side:
M with Dot in center.
LEgend: Last 3 letters are ETA
