Looks like coarse-textured "grease" within which was embedded some discrete objects. When it's in its "sticky" stage, the grease can capture bits of discrete material. As with this case, the nature of the debris usually cannot be determined.

Thank you Coop and Mikediamond for taking a look. So in your honest opinion do I have anything here worthwhile or valuable or is it just a keeper and something cool to keep in the collection?

Also I would be willing to send it to either of you two for further examination if need be.. Just throwing it out there as an option because as was said it is an odd one and if further examination helps to attribute it then I would be fine with that.

It's an interesting error, but its market value does not warrant slabbing.
