Came across this mis struck Wheat penny but cant really find anything online about it. It has no discernable mint mark or year. Just curious if anyone knows a value if any. Thanks *** Edited by Staff to remove YELLING. All capital letters is the internet version of yelling. Please don't do it in titles or posts. ***

Dang nice find! It did not make its way into the color properly before being struck. Wow. I am jealous! Does anyone think because it is a Wheat cent maybe, 18 bucks?

It is a off center strike. I know dateless ones are worth less, but it is still a nice fine. I am not familiar with value though on these, sorry.

very nice find, if there is a DD you could possibly find a date. if you twisted my arm I would go $30 max as a buyer.

Looks like the die striking of 1956-1958, most likely just from the 50's.

I am going to tell you exactly what the coin is worth. It is worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it, provided you are willing to sell it for that. If you are not willing, then it is worth whatever you are willing to sell it for.

Even if they don't come to terms ,Rackster, andy8585 sets the value of it by not selling. If he doesn't sell it for X amount, he has "bought" it himself. If he won't sell for any price, the coin is "priceless". It's his coin, he is ultimately the only one that can set the value on it. lol Perhaps the question should have been what is the usual selling price? Sorry to be so "literal",Rackster. Just think how my wife feels. hahahaha

The value of the coin I used for my avatar is $300.00. It's just a stupid ole Greaser, but that's how much I like it.hahahaha it's true.
