I just found this quarter in a mint roll this afternoon. Certainly a few things going on, maybe DD obverse but I dont see all the markers I want to see. The reverse strike was impaired by something. All comments and opinions are welcome. Thanks

Can't seem to get a good pic with these cameras but the reverse has a ghost of the queen, if you look close you can see it. Not a reflection it took me near 10 try's just to capture it slightly, plain to see in hand.
