This is the only year, aside from 1969, whereby I have a pair of coins like this, which are double struck in collar. I should take this time to note to a certain columnist of the Canadian Coin News, who occasionally mines online forums, that these images are my copyright (see my signature tag below). I bought this one in an Edmonton coin shop last fall. This one, came from Nuphilex, last month in Montreal. I have one other George VI double struck, flip strike in collar coin (1941), but to the best of my knowledge, I don't know if any exist in mint state condition.
I have never seen a double struck in collar George V small cent, but I am still hunting...

That's a challenging set to assemble. I like the cent with the date on George's face - awesome!

Very nice coins and I do like the licence on the signature. I think we should all have it. It's nice to have credit, where credit is due!

So you're the one I lost to...congratulations. It belongs and fits in your collection more than in mine so good job, It hurts less that I lost knowing it was to a fellow forum member who loves these things.

I couldn't help but think it was you bidding on it when I was watching the auction. I was hoping it was someone here on the forum so they could share it.
Great coin SPP!

when/ if you submit them to pcgs you should get them in a 2 coin slab, they are a really cool set seeing as one is D/S rotated in collar and one is D/S flipped in collar.
