Mint Mark only appears visible at certain angles.

Is that whole area raised slightly or lowered? I'm speaking about the area from under the neck by the one, around the mint mark and up to the back of the head

It is either an over polished die or a minor Grease Filled Die.

honestly I did not look at it flat to see if that area is raised. It is a different color. I will check when I get home.
