My guess is it is a private issue made for one group or another durring the late 1980's to commemorate the bicentennial of his presidency,or during the bicentennial mania of the seventies (like the one on ebay). CoinHuntingDrew Pillar of the Community United States 4932 Posts	Posted 04/25/2015 10:13 pm It's also a major clash die. You can see both sides of the coin clashed, on both the obverse and reverse. Most pronounced at 8 o'clock on the obverse shows the feathers from the wreath that is shown on the reverse. Also on reverse at about 5 o'clock is the outline of the heads.
