An-Odd-Serial-Number-On-A-2013-$1-Bill

Seems to be in maybe Close to Uncirculated. Would this be considered a binary, and last, is this bill, in your opinion worth more than face?

Not a binary because of the 0 at the end. Close, but not quite. I say it's a spender.

There are those who keep this serial as a Trinary. Could keep until a binary comes along. Keep looking it will arrive!
