Only your last picture shows the luster, the other shots make it look dull and flat. Take all your pictures just like the last one if you want accurate grading. Also, consider cropping your pictures down to rims.

I say 62RD or 63RD. That gouge by the O in One is HUGE.

A little too much light on your photos, but with those pics I would say, MS-64RD, the few tiny nicks keeps it from 65
