Finally found one would this be about 30 degrees CW? What kinds of premium do they carry. I know it's not a huge one but harder to find than I thought

Please depict these with the obverse flipped so that an un-rotated reverse would be straight up and down. If done that way, this coin is 150 degrees counterclockwise and a premium coin. If not, it's 30 degrees and interesting but not exceptional. But we don't know which unless you follow the standard.

Just looking at it by eye I would say 40 degrees it's not quite at 45 otherwise the line you drew would go to the corner of the flip. SD would you mind pointing to a thread where a proper standard set up is depicted?

Looks like the coin was turned either west to east or vice versa in the flip first off, and not south to north while looking at the obverse.
Also the obv. is not quite centered in the flip to start with.

Keeper because it is just a quarter. Not really a premium though. Good find.
