I was working on these Proof nickels and I found one similar to the one I posted before, but not as strong. So far I haven't found a match yet on Brian's Variety Coins yet. The list is not as complete as the 1963 year is. But I know I will eventually get a number for this one. Even if I can't, others will appreciate what to look for on the Jefferson nickel doubled dies. They can vary ever so slightly so when searching for one from the same die, you need to make sure all devices match. They can vary in spread differences. Some maybe centered, others slight off to the right or to the left. On some spreads you can find they are different vertically. some higher lower, some tripled and eve quadrupled. Some spreads are strong in age weaker from left to right or right to left, some equal depending how the hub warped. So matching these up can be hard especially if there are a high number of dies to sort through. But on to this coin: The coin is showing a Class II, Distorted Hub Doubling with light spread toward the center and shows on UNITED STATES OF AM and FIVE. A light spread shows on E PLURIB and a very close spread shows on MON on MONTICELLO. All spreads weaken from left to right.
So here is the view.

Love it. Did you browse the CONECA listings? Not as helpful but perhaps?

I didn't check there because they don't have images. Brian has images.

I'm with you on that. I use the CONECA listings only if I can't find a specimen to look at at Brian's site. But sometimes there is enough information there to make a 'rough' identification. But I routinely visit Brian's site to see if something new has been included in his database.

Are there other Jefferson databases you tend to access often?

He recently updated the 1963 nickels to include all of the listings. But guess what? I still have some that are not listed yet.
