2 boxes today each had a 40% ender showing so I went through those 2 as I was short on time after work as it was the monthly coin club meeting night.

First box had 18 40%ers and 2 1964. Most of them were BU 1965 which seems the be the hardest (except 1907D) 40% to find based on my track record.

2nd box had 3 40%ers.

Haha,
You wouldnt believe how difficult it was to set up those boxes like that and manage to get a picture before one of the three cats knocked them down.

I went and dumped on the way home because I had to use those funds to pick up 4 boxes.

The teller said he had to go to the vault to get big bills.

He comes back with $2000 in small face $100's

17 of them were crisp sequential 1985 Dallas notes, 1 was a crisp New York, and the last one a decent 1977.

Now for the bad part. I was on a time crunch and couldn't consult my book and had to use 10 of them to pick up my boxes.

Turns out the Dallas ones are worth a little more than the other issues.

I will have to run and dump at 9AM tomorrow and try to make it back to the bank before they give the 10 out to customers.

The local coin club is having a show in 2 weeks so hopefully I can find someone to unload them on and make a few bucks over face to fund some new finds there.

8 boxes today.

1 1964, 3 40%ers, 5 proofs from the 2000's, some NIFC, and a 1917 foreign large cent.

I was able to get the 10 CU 1985 $100 bills back.

I picked up my halves last night 10 minutes before they closed.

I was waiting outside of the bank until they opened this morning to see if I could get them back.

The teller who helped me last night was working the drive through window which had already been open for an hour

Fortunately she still had them so I told them to hold onto them for me and I had to run across town to dump some halves to get enough cash to buy them back.

3 boxes of halves.

No silver, a 1982 no FG, and a few NIFC.

If I can sell these $100's for $10 over face I can clear $190 to fund some coins at the show.

I think I will try to pick up an Oregon Trail commem or a Texas commem.

Got $36.00 in loose halves Friday got this 1925 stone mountain (second one I have found, found the first one in a box) when the coin is held in hand it looks much better than the scan, a 1952 Franklin and a 1967 40%.

I'll have to borrow the camera from work as mine died a couple of weeks ago.

I hope to unload them for $10 over face to fund an Oregon Trail commemorative or Texas half.

WOW gold panner - that's an EPIC find!

just went through 6 boxes and just a single 40% half - and almost missed it - I think the only reason I got it was b/c the CRH before me missed it.

question for all you guys - LOTS of CRH marks on the coins I sorted through...probably about 5 or so different markings from different hunters
what does this mean? should I source my coins from a different location? any ideas ?

After 30 machine wrapped rolls with nothing the past two weeks, picked up 9 hand wrapped rolls this morning. One roll was completely 40%. The other 8 rolls had 21 40% and a 64. It's a good morning.

@razzy all the machine wrapped rolls you get will have marked halves. What we are doing is just going through the same halves and occasionally silver will get mixed in when someone deposits silver halves at a bank and no one buys them the silver will get shipped out.

Stopped in a bank today asked if they had halves one teller said $30 the other said $500 the $30 had one 40% but the $500 was someones dump.
