JFK Half Dollar Roll Hunters: Silver, Proofs And Other Finds

I am envious of all you folks. Mr Click, you found those in grocery stores? Wow, I wish I could do so well.


I keep holding off on ordering a box of halves, because if I did so, and got skunked, it would really throw me for a loop. I know, that is probably silly. Anyway, congrats to everyone.

I agree with RCook. We have all been skunked before. I ran a skunk streak of over 10 boxes once. I quit for about a month and then started again. It's not if it will happen, it's when it will happen. Just keep plugging away. Who knows when the next Monster Box will show up. Good luck to you.

Edit: I forgot to add. My Wife ordered 10 boxes for me yesterday. They will be here Thursday or Friday. I'll keep you informed on the results.

I know these are not Halves. But I thought I would share a couple of pictures of my new helper with one of her favorite toys. I keep a few of them around for her to play with. For all worried parents, I have soaked them all in alcohol before I gave them to her and I don't leave her unattended while she has them.

I myself have 4 boxes and a 1k bag of halves coming in on thursday as well as a 1k bag of dimes.. Hoping I will have a productive search as well. Also I am hoping my bank manager has good news for me regarding bags of ike's (not getting my hopes up ) but maybe I will get lucky. Love the hunt and will post pics and stats when and IF I find anything :-)

nice harvest arby, I started a bit slower myself, but I was grateful to pull a single ben, 1960d, out of 8 boxes today. Its on and off like a switch sometimes!

Mr Click, are you finding the Silver in the Cashier's drawers or buying rolled coin from the store? I have never hunted at the grocery store. I may have to start.
