Kfishdoctor nifc stands for not intended for circulation. And I believe it is anything 2002 and after in half dollars. They are probably worth holding on to since their were around only 2 million made give or take of each year after that.

Thanks Big7mag. Now that I know I'm kinda glad I didnt know. The last 10 or so boxes I have searched have been loaded with post 2002 coins and if I was saving them I would have needed a vault to put them in!! Now for this weeks coins that were found. I just went to 2 boxes a week this week. Box 1, no silver, 32 proofs, thats 32, along with 12 to 20 coins from each of the years 92,93,94,95,96,97 in new condition. 95 had 20 coins being the most and 93 had 12 being the least with all the others in between. I think I got part of someones collection. So box 2 which was picked up at the same time as box 1 gives up no proofs, no new looking coins but comes through with 2 64s and 1 66 and 5 68s. And to top it all off my teller at the bank gave me a 1990 silver eagle that was brought in. She told the lady this coin is worth more than a dollar but she insisted she only wanted a dollar for it. Its now mine(with a sick feeling for the old lady) I will try to post some photos this week. Happy hunting to all!

Great finds and excellent buy, Kfish! Bring your teller a gift such as a coffee card if you want to continue to be treated well.

4 boxes from Friday. Box 1 had 4 enders. 1 silver, 1 proof, and 2 ED AT. It was a really interesting mix. There were some coins I dumped back in April, some foreign, proof, NIFC, AT ED, and silver. I found an 1893 British penny, a 1986 British penny, 2 Franklin, a Walker, 5 40%ers, a proof, and 4 AT ED coins. Box 2 and 2 were skunks. Box 4 had a 1964 2 boxes today. Box 1 had a ton of coins I dumped this month and I figured it would be a total skunk. But there were a few 1974D that were new so I knew the box had been cut at least once. Half way through I found a silver. And then some more. Found 6 40%ers. Box 2 had some coins from a dump this month and I only found a couple of NIFC and a Magicians coin.

JJ I have never had an ender, all mine I guess are middlers? I have to ask. Are you dumping into the same bank or provider to the bank that you get your coins at? I have not seen one of my coins that had the mark of zorro come back in the 6 months I have been doing this. Probably will now!

Finally getting around to posting last weeks finds. All 6 boxes contained silver and I came away with a total of 32 pieces of silver for the week. The silver consisted of (2) 1964, (1) 1964D, (3) 1966, (11) 1967, (8) 1968D, (1) 1968S, (6) 1969D. I also found (1) 1982P no FG, (1) 1983P no FG, (1) 1974D DDO, (1) 1987D, (1) 1987P, (1) 1974S and (21) 2002-date NIFC. I was very satisfied with 5.3742 oz of silver for the week. 2016 year to date silver 100.3172 oz. If I recall correctly I've already got more silver for 2016 than I got for the whole year of 2015. Will be picking up 4 boxes tomorrow, hope God blesses me with same kinds of silver finds I've had the last couple weeks.

Great finds everyone, cracked 4 boxes I picked up yesterday this morning 2 skunks, pulled 2-67 and 1-68. Cook you have had a great year so far. I hope it keeps up for you. Jack you too have had a really nice year. Things have slowed down a bunch here, though silver is trickling in. When I went and picked up my boxes yesterday I cashed a check and found a birthday note one dollar bill, 20022611, Its not in awesome shape has a little crisp still to the note but a bunch of creases. This is the first one I have ever found. Thought I would share the find. Keep Stacking!
