I still had one roll to open as I picked up the $6.50 loose and 1 roll. Had my wife open it to get her into helping and she found 3 bens, 2x53 1x58, Kennedy 1x64 2x67 was pleased for only $16.50. On a sad note yesterday was 1 month since we lost our 27 year old daughter suddenly, she always enjoyed coin roll hunting with me, she is missed.

4 boxes from Friday.

Box 1 1 proof.

Box 2 skunked.

Box 3 1 40%er.

Box 4 1 40%er.

No NIFC in any which is unusual.

It seems I do better when I get my dumps from the week before back

So sorry for your loss... This past Thursday was 24th Anniversary of my older Brother's passing... Time might heal the scars, but it never heals the pain...

Picked up 2 boxes today, 1/2 way through the first box, when I notice a Centenial Independence H l. Very nice condition for a 1976, but is missing the a & l in Hall. Is this common? Or have I found an error? Webekin

Web, it sounds like a Grease Filled Die error. It's a keeper in my book.

I thought so, now I'm watching the Cent. more closely, found another one, where the H was very faint. I may check on ebay for errors of this type. Thanks, Webekin

gaman, sorry for the loss of your daughter, and congratulations on the silver finds. My step son passed away suddenly in 2011 from a massive heart attack at the age of 24. Such things really come as a shock when someone that young passes away so suddenly. Hang in there, the hurt does get better with time. We'll always have memories of them to keep them close to us in heart.

Received 6 boxes today. Received 7 pieces of silver. 6 40% and a 1970 s proof (40%). I was very pleased to find a 1970 even though it was a proof. Apparently the 1970 non proof is more valuable though! I also found 3 more proofs a (1973,1979, and 2000)

I was at my favorite pickup bank today to see what they had to spare for customer rolls (more detailed story in the "how long did it take you to establish a good setup with banks" thread) and the teller said she had dimes and nickels if I wanted to swap cause she didn't have enough to spare. I asked if she had halves and she had 4 rolls so I took them and there ended up being 3-40% and some very nice clean common ones that I might upgrade my book. I haven't dappled in halves to much but I was excited to get at least 3 out of the small amount.
