1st post! (Very exciting) I've been reading on this forum and had to join in on all this excitement after my jackpot find this last week.  I always ask for halves when I go into my bank [Regiona] and they said they had none upfront this time but they had a hundred dollars in the vault. I bit, bought them all, because after all a hundred dollars is a hundred silver or not..I get home. 6 rolls in, nothing. Finally I get to the 7th and PRESTO! 18 OF THE 20 ARE SILVER! I almost had a heart attack. Contents: 1909 barber half 1951 s 49 s and 54 s Franklin 47 walking liberty do 13 other coins were 66 through 69 40%ers One of the 69s was IMPECCABLE if you guys could tell me what you think   |

Last weeks 6 boxes contained (3) 40% silver, (1) 1966, (1) 1968D, (1) 1969D. 2016 year to date silver 150.7003 oz. I also found (11) clad proofs (2) 1974, (1) 1979, (1) 1985, (1) 1992, (1) 1995, (2) 1998, (1) 2000, (1) 2002, and (1) 2007. I also got a history lesson in stickered coins, everything from Revolutionary War to Elvis Presley, a total of 18 of them if I recall correctly. (2) of the stickered coins were 2014 gold plated, too bad they couldn't have been the real thing. Dmit317BWA congratulations on your 18 piece silver roll, a nice mix with a Barber, Walking Liberty, Franklins and Kennedys. I've now been at roll searching halves for a little over 2 years and have found 1 Barber half. It's not near as nice as the one you found.

Dmit, Cook nice score, I cracked 4 boxes last night, 2 skunks, I pulled 1-64, 1-67, and 1-68, also rescued 1-88S Clad Proof. Not much but every little bit counts, it keeps adding to the bottom line.

nice finds folks, especially Dmit. I see why you took the time to post, great find! Barbers are pretty rare to see posted.
Even the 1947 is a tougher one to find, mintage wise.
RCook and arby, you guys know what to do, keep on stacking!

That's a great way to break in your forum id, Dmit317BWA! Awesome finds!
As for me, I got the remaining $290 of halves in my bank's vault from the box they got a few weeks ago... I was very happy to find a 1967 40%-er and two NIFCs after the first $100 out of it was a total skunk (not even a NIFC), so I didn't go back until now... New boxes on the way for next week.

Ok pickup my last 2 box order today, first 25 rolls nothing, nada, zilch. Checked both boxes for enders, nada.
will know more later when I finish the bottom half of the first box. Spoiled after the last 2 boxes that had 15 Bennies in them. Webekin

Good boxes this Wednesday Box:1, 7 enders one was a double ender 58,40%, 4,90%, a 2015S proof and a Mexican 10 peso Box:2, 1 ender 19,40% and a 1987D Box:3, 1,40% Box:4, a very nice 1982P no FG 3 more boxes to pick up today and 2 more Friday. Best of luck to everyone  Lots of 1965 usually do not find many of this year    |

Awesome Score Trapper, Just finished up another 4 boxes this morning, not good for sure, 3 skunks and 1-66 is all I got. Off to the bank to pick up another 4 boxes. I was really hoping December was going to be a better month, just hope it ends well.
