Only expressed that way because the alternatives are even less possible. I was addressing the idea of why it didn't split. It's an almost foregone conclusion that if it's off-planchet, it's a Zlincoln.

On some errors it does, and others it doesn't. Just the luck of the draw.

I also have a coin like this. A 1980 nickel stamped on a penny planchet. Got it years ago in change. Had it weighed, etc...it was correct size and weight. Still have it. Wouldn't mind selling it now after all these years.It is in good shape.

You're welcome to sell it here but you need to have a certain QUALITY post count and be a member for a certain amount of time. If you do not know these rules or were suggesting for someone here to buy it I would politely suggest you review the rules; )
