Found a couple of these recently. The placement is right for a #5 Double Yoke and this is in a PL Set.Just slightly higher than the MS strike.

This is not #5. #5 is shown below.
However, it might be new to my files. I have four or five new ones that came in a few years ago while I was ill that I will be processing soon.
