Retained Lamination Error - 1944 LWC

I believe this is a retained lamination error. There is definitely lamination errors on the bottom half of the reverse of the coin. Found this roll hunting a while ago and forgot I had it. I believe the retained lamination fits in the hole at the bottom of the left hand side wheat stalk.
