Is This 1950 Roosevelt Dime I Purchased A Proof?

SilverTracker Pillar of the Community United States 589 Posts	Posted 04/20/2015 1:57 pm Hi All, I just received in the mail today my e-bay purchase of a 1950 Roosevelt Proof dime. I need opinions if this looks like the proof 1950 where the mintage is around 50,000 or so.
