From the pics you provided there is too much luster and lack of chatter for an EF. IMO

Based on the pics it appears to be a nice AU 55 or so but may ask what is going on with the cheek ? Looks like it was sanded a bit

its still very hard to tell, the luster on it says to me it may be worth submitting to ICCS though.

well it is a real gamble on this one, I don't think there is ware but with these pics any thing is possible. it could be an AU-58 but I think it could go as high as MS-63 or possibly 64, it all depends on what the coin looks like in hand.

I too think this coin is an UNC... but like the others my eye is drawn to that cheek... weak strike or perhaps toning?

To me it looks like there's a bit of "chatter" in the fields so I would go as high as 62...
