We actually had the 1996 listed in the first printing of the 3rd edition of our book, Strike It Rich With Pocket Change, and then had it removed from the second printing and the edition to follow. Billy Crawford found the 1996 and then "lost" it in a controversial robbery (much of his report of the robbery proven false in a Coin World investigation) shortly after a 1995 was found and exposed to be a fake. Technically it is possible for the WAM business strike to exist for Phildelphia for any year from 1994 to 2008, and a WAM Denver from 1994 to 1997 (Maybe 96 depeds on whther or not Denver got any dies from Philadelphia in 97 or made them all in house.)). But the only confirmed ones are from 98, 99,and 2000 from Philadelphia. CAM proofs could technically exist from 1994 to 2008, but are only confirmed for 98 and 99.
