I don't know if this would be too much trouble or not. Is there a way to have a Search bar In the individual threads? Some are Quite large having hundreds of posts/responce's and this would be a helpful feature. It may cut down on repeat threads and narcos as well? Just me being lazy again.  Thanks.  Edited by Dar

What I do...
Click on Printer Friendly link at bottom to open up entire thread in one page. Then use the browser search function (Control-F) to search the whole thread at one time.
This one may not work for monster threads like the JFK CRH thread.
Next option is to use the Google Custom Forum Search search (first item on the search page). Put the thread title in quotes, followed by what you are looking for.

Well, I was only asking because of the Monsters like the one you mentioned, Some of the Phot threads, Tokens section ect. That's why I brought it up. What's a Google?  And the print friendly thing. I'll have to see if it works for now I guess. Thanks |

In the grand scheme of things, effective Search is a real pain for larger forums. CCF has one of the best Search implementations I've ever seen on a forum, and this isn't the only place where I have a 5-digit postcount.
Dar, let's figure out exactly what your goal is here; I'm not sure how narrowing a Search to a single thread would get what I think you're wanting.
