Ohhh Copperheads... Thought I'd throw you some candy. So whats the grade and attribution?... The date looks like it was punched by a drunk mint employee and the rev has die cracks at MER.... sorry about coin in 2x2, if u need it out let me know. Thanks

Hopefully it will get moved. The cracks on the reverse will make it easier to attribute. That being said, there are some 44 die pairs on this one. N-8 R.1 is my best guess with what I can see on the reverse. VG08.

Not N-8, it is N-6. There are several varieties that year that have a heavy crack at the top of MER but the only one where the crack comes out of the right top of the R and goes back to the rim is N-6. Also on all the others the crack comes from the rim to the top left serif of the M. On this one it comes from above the M to the top of the right upright.

N-6 is an R.2 which is fairly common.
