It's a thaler of the Austrian state of the Archbishopric of Salzburg, KM 485. At least, it's supposed to be. I have to say I'm skeptical of this one... among other things, the portrait looks pitted and incomplete. Genuine ones are reasonably scarce; CV in that condition woud be around $400.

It's supposed to weigh 28.06 grams. I'm betting it weighs considerably less than that.

I agree with Sap, this coin looks like a cast copy. I can see what looks like a seam on the top edge.

It weighs 40 grams, Sir. Yeah, you are correct, it's a fake. Thank you for your expert opinion. Next time, I will borrow coins that I intend to buy, have them scanned and send them here. If the community finds it as a fake, I will not pay the coinshop. Sirs, Sap and Echizento, thank you for your patience in helping me.
