Yes, I can. They are both of the exact same composition (bronze). I was not comparing the strike or any other features of the coin - I know what mint state bronze looks like, and I also know (thanks to the XRF) the nuances of colour (toning) and external factors can do to the surface of bronze. The only laws I adhere to, are the laws of physics and chemistry...
