Would you be on board if a company put out a series of "playing card" size silver bars that would replicate the playing card. You could collect all 52 cards, plus the jokers as a "bonus card" with say maybe a 24 carat gold insert on the jokers. Of course the complete set would be housed in a "card box" for looks. Why hasn't this been done yet?

I'm assuming you would be going thicker then a normal playing card. If not I would be afraid it would snap at that surface area even if it had the thickness of a dime or even a quarter.

Yeah, it would be a bit thicker than a playing card....possibly around 3 ounces at the size of a playing card should give it a decent thickness

I think it's possibly an untapped product. Who would have thought that these silver bullets would have been such a hit before they came out. Now every site and coin store I find carries them.

I play a lot of poker so I think a card set would be cool and something I'd probably collect. I'd think the challenge would be making it durable and affordable for people to collect the set. A slice of silver the size of a card would be incredibly fragile, but releasing all 52 cards (plus jokers) as like....once ounce bars or something would be fairly expensive to put together.

you can make them 1 ounce bars the size of a playing card, just place them inside of a snap clear plastic holder of some sort to keep them from bending or cracking.

It can be done in a playing card size...this is 4 ounces as a replica $100 bill

Yeah but that replica bill is also like 20 times thicker than a normal bill at 1.4 mm. I wouldn't mind a deck of silver cards that stack six inches tall but I don't want a stack of silver cards that are two feet tall.
