I have been a fan of the 2014 Wedge Tailed Eagle from Perth since their release. My first coin was the one oz silver high relief, PF69 signed by Mercanti 1/10000. My second was a 1 oz silver BU, MS69 signed Mercanti. My final Eagle is the standard silver proof, raw, #725/5000.
The standard proof was difficult to obtain. I could not afford a graded coin, so I was looking for a OGP coin. The hand of fortune was on my side with this listing because I was able to get it for $81 + $6 s/h.

Boo, hiss, boo, hiss! I finally decide that I am only buying vintage bars in the future and then you post something like this. That is an amazing combination with the stunning contrast between the two coins. ***shrug*** I guess it's off to ebay. Thanks for sharing. |

So I just ordered the 69 regular, but couldn't find the high relief for anywhere near what you paid. Congrats on the price of the high relief.

These are also my favorite coin (as if you can't tell :P) and I just recently got the 2015 Standard proofs. Get 'em before they are all gone the prices really jump on these quickly, especially once they sell out. The only downside is dealing with Govmint's ads sometimes... but hey these guys are worth it!

Next in the row: 2015 1 oz Pure Silver Proof Coin - Australian Wedge Tail Eagle somehow missed the 2014, but was interested in the standard Proof 1oz version, and finally the 2015 edition came to Canada. (same specs as 2014, same beauty)     |
