I agree F15 maybe a touch higher. That coin is right up my alley. Nice buy.

Sorry Jerry. Been slackin' I think it's an N-11 which is an R.2 Here's a link for comparison:

This coin is at least F-15. Seller's photos are terrible.
Just for reference this die marriage was also used to mint the proofs of that year.
1838 N-11 R.2 15/15.
