Is this 1970 S the one with a small date and a high 7?

This is the inexpensive large date variety. The inner loop of the nine points to the tail of the seven.

it's looks like the common large date with high 0. Straighten the coin and picture again

Hopefully this image shows the date better. The loop of the nine seems to continue beyond the line formed from it to the seven's bottom. Thanks for your help.
