1994 D Nickel Has Two Mint Marks? - Coin Community Forum

I was just looking through some coins mainly to test new scope out and found a 1994 nickel with 2 seperate mintmarks. One is in the normal place and the other albeit smaller size is under the bust. Directly after the S of FS and partially over it. I take it this is not supposed to have 2 mint marks?. How did this happen? And Should I send it off to be attributed?
