No way of telling yet. The (ludicrous) color of the background not only has the camera's sensor saying, "Whut?" regarding White Balance but it's also reflecting off anything in the area not the black of interstellar space. It has no doubt colored the appearance of the coin. Heck, I could only look at those pics for a couple of moment before having to turn away.

I agree with SsDd. The color is hard to judge with the background. I'll confirm the N-9 R.3 attribution and grade it as VG-10. It's a solid coin with no obvious damage. The color is off in the photo but looks natural. Great coin despite the low grade.
1838 N-9 R.3 10/10.
