Single notes in crisp UNC are about $10-$15 each. Uncut pair, hard to say, about $20 a pair. No premium for framing and certificates of authenticity, that's just marketing fluff for the unwary.

This is something that, unless it's a treasured heirloom, you are best off selling for what you can get and putting the cash in the bank.
