Hello there. Found this 1975 dime coin roll hunting today. I am not sure if this is an error or post production damage. The Cuds on the obverse leads me to believe it to be an error. Thank you in advance for any help!

It was given a good 'whack' on the obverse side, with flattening of the reverse and the whole thing is no longer round.
