See how the tops of the letters in States and of are reduced and thin? That means it is MD. You can see how it is flat and shelf like. What is going on with the obverse though? Well struck MAD that pushed up metal to the rim?

Yes a pretty strong mad on obverse-on RICA did not look like the typical md to me? And the R looked like it had notching? The tips of OF and STATES did look reduced tho

There are different types of MD. I don't know wich one this is.

Slight MAD on the obverse and MD on the reverse. The R took a hit,if it was a notch it would be in a different location on the R.
