It is an error coin and some people including myself, collect almost all errors. Only thing with this one is it would be hard to sell it because die chips are plentiful to begin with, and it's extremely poor condition. He is most well know for his magazine art and he was an early Garbage Pail Kids Artist. Think Andy Warhol meets Gary Larson. Check him out.
