This belongs in the modern grading section. And try to put a diffuser between the light source and the coin, it is hard to see it through the glare.

Ok sorry. The glare is from the plastic sorry.

It's very hard to tell the exact grade through the plastic due to the scratches (most likely on the plastic) and the glare.

Now, because it is in that plastic thing, it would most likely be MS-something (assuming it was always in that plastic, like in a mint set or something).

But id say about MS-63. Looks like it has some marks but not sure if its the plastic or not.
