I bought this coin a few years back in England.
It is struck to commemerate the 200 year anniversary of the birth of 'Karajich' There is a dipiction of a (his?) head on one side and the words 'BECTA rAHAOAPO(S)EHA BYKA KAPAUHTA 1987'
On the othe side is: The banks logo and SFR JUGOSLAVIJA COP JYrOCAABHA D5000 *
the coin is in a clear plastic case inside a black box 3 1/4 x 3 1/2 inches on the outside are the markings 2B(E**)YKA 1987 and inside the lid is silk lined with 'NARODNA BANKA JUGOSLAIJE and the Banks logo The tray is red velvet with a indent to take the coin holder.
I would say that the coin is in mint condition
*the r's are lower case
** The E is above Y on the case
I have looked for this but can' find any details about a '5000 dinar coin. can anyone help?

So, first thing is, you are making it hard to identify the piece by rendering Cyrillic/Glagolitic letters as though they were Roman, thus turning them into gibberish. A photo would be much better.

Secondly, I have to believe this is the coin you are looking for. "Dvesta Godina Od Podjenya Vika Karadzitcha", more or less, is the inscription around the head.
