Struck through a spring.

I don't even know how that is psychically possible.

Probably the most valuable 1964 nickel

There's another one from the same date out there, and if I remember right it's more eye appealing than this one!

Even given that this piece is so dramatic and rare, it has been sitting in their inventory for quite some time.
Rest in Peace

Could it be this one? Not sure who to give credit for the image.

Jay, that was an image lifted from the front cover of ErrorScope. It was shot by Jon Sullivan.

The 1964 nickel with the psychical spring sticking out of it is almost too hard to believe. That's a crazy find.

Must have been found in a bag.

Thanks Mr. Potter. I had seen it a few times in the past, and more recently, on another forum.

Jay,
I think I lifted that image myself and used it in an Errorscope Press Release. That's how it probably got out there.

Coop,
I have no idea of price. I think it was Mike Maino who had the coin.
