A beautiful CC Morgan dollar. MS-65 is my bet. Better? Eye appeal puts it over the top. Great images. I really like this coin.

Some contact marks but not enough to make it less than 65. Nice luster

I like your attribution. The die cracks are a nice confirming factor for this one. What you're considering "polishing marks" are, in fact, an indicator of how weak the obverse strike is - those are original planchet striations which the strike didn't erase. You can't polish inside devices.
Strong MS65, tremendous blast white eye appeal.

Solid 64 with a shot at 65. All depends on when it was last at the grading service. Nice coin either way.

Follow Night-Hawk's posts, guys. He has the eye for "nice at the grade" coins which is very difficult (maybe impossible) to teach.

The marks on the cheek, in front of the nose and on the neck on the obverse clearly hurt the coins chances for a 65. The marks in the field by the Eagle's right wing didn't help, either. Those are all prime focal areas and marks in those locations will hurt a coin's scoring.
64+ is still pretty good and I still like it!

I'm OK with 64+. Definitely a Plus on eye appeal.
