Hello all again.... I am in need of assistance with my 20 Balboas silver coin.
Ken Potter has written an article about the first double die 20 balboas 1971 silver coin and now do I have the second discovery coin but a 1973 proof?

The split serifs and rounding of both features are suggestive of a doubled hub/die as opposed to simple Machine Doubling. An interesting find, indeed.
