Perth Mint - The Perth Mint is honoured to commemorate the birth of the Royal Princess with the release of a special 1oz silver proof coin and 1/4oz gold proof coin.

Fourth in line to the throne, Her Royal Highness Princess Charlotte of Cambridge was born on 2 May 2015 at Saint Mary's Hospital in London weighing 3.7 kilograms. She is the second child of Their Royal Highnesses the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and a great granddaughter of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

With the design approved by Her Majesty The Queen, these coins are set to be timeless reminders of this historic birth. Issued as Australian legal tender, no more than 5,000 silver and 1,000 gold coins will be released.
