I have these two coins I know nothing about, my guess they are from the 1970s

This one feels very light almost like plastic but it has the sound of metal

Upper one is a Taiwan dollar, cupronickel, dated year 63 of the Republic or 1974.
Lower one is a Japanese yen, aluminium, dated year 32 of Showa or 1957.
Both extremely common.
