Curious if anyone knows what this coin may be?

It's 57mm...

I see a statue of a horse on 1 side & 2 people in profile on the other...Any help is much appreciated

It appears to be a cast copy of an old 18th or 19th century medal. Unfortunately, it's a copy-of-a-copy-of-a-copy and has lost quite a bit of the legibility the original presumably once had. A closer pic might reveal enough detail to discern from what country it came, for example. THe date is below the exergue line ont he reverse, I can read "AN." but not the actual date-numerals

The original is a 1796 Mexican "El Caballito" Proclamation Medal of Carlos IV. The pedestalled statue on the reverse was unveiled in 1796, and nicknamed "El Caballito:"
