O.K. what I think you have is a Miller M-47 a.3 (not a.1) which is listed as a high R.6. There are 15 to 16 known in all grades. Here is a link for comparison:

This is a fabulous find if the attribution is correct.
As far as grade, I'll say the coin has a sharpness grade of EAC 8 net graded to EAC 6 for the corrosion. It is a well centered strike on a good planchet. The rarity makes this coin desirable in any grade.
