2nd one is Portuguese 1760-1780.

I think they are very old weights used on scales to compare the weight to actual coins to determine if they are real or fake.

Yes two nice coin weights,George II gold guinea,& a gold Portuguese moidor,I have several weights in my collection & are nice to collect in their own right
